Creating a Purchase Order (PO)


1. Click "Finance"

2. Click here.

3. Click "CREATE PO FOR SUPPLIER"

4. Click "Cost Code" drop down

5. Click "Relevant Cost Code"

6. Click "Supplier Name" from drop down menu.

7. Click "Relevant Supplier"

8. Click "ADD ITEM" to select costs

9. Type "Description"

10. Click the "Description" field.

11. Input Description required

12. Click the "Amount" field.

13. Input Amount required

14. Click "Select Template" if a Workflow is required

15. Select a template required

16. Click "Browse" to upload extra documents

17. Click "Save as Draft" or " Save" to finalise into the system
