1. Click "Site Management"
2. Click "Equipment"
3. Click the '+' icon.
4. Click "Create New"
5. Select "Plant/Equipment Category*" or '+' to add new category
6. Select "Plant/Equipment Type*"
7. Select "Plant/Equipment Organization*"
8. Select "Date Floated To Site*"
9. Select "Make*"
10. Select "Model*"
11. Enter "Registration / Plant Number*"
12. Enter "Serial Number*"
13. Select "Date Last Service*"
14. Select "Date Next Service*"
15. Click to "Upload Plant Risk Assessments"
16. Click the "Yes" field.
17. Click "Add Personnel"
18. Click "Add SWMS & Permits"
19. Click here to add images of plant/equipment
20. Click here to add form submissions
21. Click Finish
