Add Forms to the Form Module

1. Click "Site Management"

2. Click "Safety Management"

3. Click here.

4. Click "MANAGE FORM TEMPLATES"

5. Click "ADD NEW FORM"

6. Upload your Organization Forms.

7. Click the Form you want to Set Up.

8. Assign the appropriate fields the appropriate areas in the form. Example: Assign the checkbox option to a checkbox on the form, or assign a Single Line Text Input to a section of the Form, or assign a Text Area for Multi-Line areas in the form.

9. Click "SAVE FORM"

10. Click this icon.

11. To Create a Form from the Forms Module. Click this Icon.

12. Click the Form you want to Complete.

13. Complete the Form & Click Save.

14. OR: To Upload a Hardcopy Form click this Icon.
