Creating a Permit

1. Click "Permits"

2. Click this icon.

3. Click this dropdown to select a Permit Type.

4. Click here to select an Organization from the Dropdown.

5. Click here to allocate a Location to the Permit.

6. Click here to add a description.

7. Click here to add a Start & Finish Date & Time.

8. Click here to add any attachments.

9. Click here to add any Personnel assosiated with the Permit.

10. Click here to Add an Equipment to the Permit.

11. Click here to Add a SWMS to the Permit.

12. Based on this Permit Type Selected and if Custom Fields have been Set up the Next Step will appear.

13. Step 5 will show any Customized Fields Created for the Permit Type.

14. Click Finish.
