Create a Diary Entry on Plexapro Site Platform

1. Click "Site Diary".

2. Click "ADD EVENT"

3. Check your site weather widget to confirm the weather forecast.

4. Click here to add a comment to the weather.

5. Click here to Add a Site Open & Close Time or Use "Last Recorded Site Hours".

6. Click "NEXT"

7. Click here to select to show all Daily Activities that were recorded in the Site Management Module of Plexa. Or checkbox which items you want to show in your Site Diary.

8. Click "NEXT"

9. Click here to show All Photos, Meetings & Bulletins in your Site Diary, or select which ones you want to show.

10. Click "NEXT"

11. Click this text field to complete Additional Site Notes hour by hour.

12. Click here complete site notes in free text.

13. Click "ADD ACTIVITIES" to record site activities by Trade

14. Click this dropdown to select an Organization.

15. Enter number of workers that were on site.

16. Click "LOCATION" to select where the Organization was working

17. Click the "Type a comments" field to add Diary notes relating to this Organization

18. Click "Save" or "Save as Draft".
