Editing A Quality Plan (ITP or ITC)

1. Click "Quality Management".

2. Click the ITP you wish to edit.

3. Click "EDIT"

4. Click the "type activity..." field to edit

5. Click the due date field to edit

6. Click "Acceptance Criteria" to edit

7. Select or Add an Acceptance Criteria

8. Click "CLOSE"

9. Click References to Edit.

10. Click to add a Folder, or double-click to add documents from within a folder.

11. Click "NEXT"

12. Click here to add any drawings by selecting an entire folder or double-click to add specific files from within that folder..

13. Click "NEXT"

14. Click here to attach any files from your desktop.

15. Click "FINISH"

16. Click Verification Method.

17. Click a Verification Method or Add a new Verification Method.

18. Click "CLOSE"

19. Click here to add records to your ITP or ITC.

20. Click here to add a completed Inspection as a record to your ITP.

21. Click here to add a completed Submittal/Workflow to your ITP.

22. Click here to add a Correspondence to your ITP.

23. Click here to add any attachments from your desktop.

24. Click here to add any photos from your desktop or click "Attach from Site Photos" to add photos from your Site Photo Module.

25. Click "FINISH"

26. Click the "type comment..." field to edit or add a comment

27. Click "SAVE"
