Safety Plans & SWMS Signing During Induction Process

NEW FEATURE: Released improvements to the induction process around Safety Plans & SWMS viewing and signing

Release Date: October 2025

A new feature is available in your induction settings, set to off by default: Force Hold Point — Personnel must open and read all induction documents presented.

Recent Improvements

  • Enhanced induction process for Safety Plans.

  • Streamlined viewing and signing of SWMS (Safe Work Method Statements)

If the Force Hold option is disabled, users can proceed without opening each document (not recommended but up to the discretion of the the organisation). Select the checkbox labeled "I have read" to proceed.

If the Force Hold point is ON, users will be forced to open every single document to read. Inductees will need to click the "I have read" box on all Safety Plans and SWMS to complete induction.

NOTE: You can now enable the signing of safety plans for all WHS and risk assessments to gather users' signatures during the induction process.
