Plexa’s digital contracts module allows a contract to be generated directly to the selected vendor once a tender is awarded. Contracts are created from standard templates and include the final agreed scope, terms, and pricing.

Execution can be completed digitally within Plexa using the built-in signature tool, or integrated with DocuSign for external digital execution. All signed contracts are stored within the platform, linked to the relevant project and cost codes, providing a complete and traceable record of contractual agreements.
