This guide provides a streamlined approach to creating tenders via the Plexa Dashboard. It covers entering details, adding documents, and assigning tenderers. Follow this to enhance collaboration and organisation in your tender management.
Step By Step Guide
Click "Procurement" on the Plexa Dashboard
Click "Tenders" in the Procurement Menu
Click "+CREATE TENDER"
Complete the "Tender Details" eg "Trade ID" field, trade name, closing date and assigned teams
Allow tenderer to access this tender past the due date by clicking the checkbox. This is Non-Mandatory.
A consultant can also be assigned to all RFI's received by Tenderers by clicking the checkbox. This is Non-Mandatory.
You can allocate the "Project Description" set up during the creation of the project as a cover letter.
Click "Add Tenderers" to add Tenderers from the Global Directory.
Click "Add from Global Directory"
Click the "Search Orgs or Users" field.
Or create the Tenderer an account if they do not exist in the Plexa Directory
Add Documents from your Document Module by selecting the entire folder or Double-Clicking to add individual files.
Select the individual files you want to add
Click "ADD DOCS"
Use the "Drag & Drop or Browse" option to attach any further documents not located in Plexa.
You can also assign a Returnable Schedule by creating your own or selecting one from the Plexa Library. This returnable schedule will be used in our Automated Subcontractor Comparison. Please note that any quantities & rates filled in here will ONLY be visible by your Organisation and NOT the Tenderers.
Click the "Create Own Returnable Schedule" field
Click the "Select from the Plexa Library" field.
Select the "Trade Package" from the dropdown
Click a Template that you can customise to suit.
Click "Send"
