Start A Workflow From Documents

This guide provides a straightforward process for initiating a workflow directly from your documents, making it easy to streamline tasks and enhance productivity. By following the steps outlined, users can efficiently select files, customise templates, and assign responsibilities, ensuring that workflows are tailored to specific needs.

Step By Step Guide

1. Click "Documents" on the Plexa Dashboard

2. Select the "Folder" your Documents are in

3. Select the files you wish to include in the workflow.

4. Click "Start Workflow"

5. Select the "Template" you want to use from the list

6. Edit the "Title" field if required.

7. Edit the "Description" field if required.

8. Attach any further documents via the "Drag & Drop or Browse" option if required.

9. Edit the Assignee by clicking the Assignee Icon if required.

10. Edit the Duration by Clicking the "Edit Duration" Icon if required.

11. Edit the workflow step description by clicking the "Edit Description" icon if required.

12. Click "START WORKFLOW"
