Markup a Document in a Workflow
This guide provides a step-by-step approach to effectively markup documents within a workflow on the Plexa platform. It highlights essential features like version history, commenting, and user tagging, ensuring collaborative efficiency. By following these instructions, users can enhance their document review process, streamline communication, and maintain organized records of changes.
Step By Step Guide
1. Click "Workflows" on the Plexa Dashboard
2. Click 'Preview File' for the document you want to Markup.
3. Click "MARKUP" button
4. "Markup the Document" as required
5. Previous markups can be viewed by clicking "Version History" icon
6. Comment on Markups by clicking "All Comments"
7. Tag other users and share the markup by clicking "Tag & Share"
8. Click "SAVE" to save your Markup in the Workflow.
9. Name the Markup before you save it
Click "Save"
