​We're pleased to announce another round of quality of life improvements and upgrades to Plexa.

New Black book & Blacklist Feature - Safety

A blacklist feature has been introduced to enhance safety the construction sites. This feature allows admins to maintain a list of individuals prohibited from entering the site due to safety or policy violations.

• Key Benefits:

  • Enhanced Security: Ensures potentially harmful or unauthorised individuals are barred from accessing the site.

  • Automated Alerts: Triggers notifications whenever a blacklisted individual attempts to access the premises.

  • Compliance Management: Assists in maintaining compliance with safety regulations and site policies.

Breakdown of Global Directory Permissions - Settings

• Provides more granular control, allowing you to decide exactly who can perform each action rather than granting an all-in-one permission

• Reduces the risk of users having unintended access to sensitive information/functions like creating organisations or updating users' project roles

NOTE: Since this permission was split into four individual items, all project roles now have these permissions turned off by default. Your organisation’s Plexa Admins will need to review each project role and reassign the appropriate permissions based on the level of access each role should have.
