Nextgen Microsoft SSO Released
Plexa has released the new SSO technology utilising the OpenID protocol (SAML has been deprecated in Plexa). By upgrading to this technology, we have dramatically simplified the setup and ease of use for end users.
Body Part Selector (left or right)
The Body Part Selector now has the capability to select body parts on both the right and left sides. This enhancement improves accuracy in injury reporting.
Documents Modified Link (Filter by Modified Date)
With this new feature, you can now filter documents based on the date they were last modified. This enhancement significantly boosts accuracy and streamlines document management, making it easier to locate the most relevant files efficiently.
Send ITCs Via SMS link (Users to review and sign)
Sending Information Transfer Codes (ITCs) via SMS link in Plexa allows users to share ITCs directly through a secure SMS-generated link. This modern approach streamlines the process, ensuring that recipients can easily review and sign the necessary documents on their mobile devices, facilitating a quicker and more secure exchange of information.
Safety Plans & SWMS Signing During Induction Process
Released improvements to the induction process around Safety Plans & SWMS viewing and signing:

Docusign Integration
Docusign Integration enables electronic signing of documents, streamlining workflows and reducing paperwork. With this NEW integration, users can send, sign, and manage documents digitally, improving efficiency and ensuring security. This feature is essential for businesses that need to handle contracts and agreements swiftly and securely.
Resend Tender Invites
The Resend Tender Invites feature allows users to resend invitations to bid on projects or services to vendors or contractors. This ensures that all intended recipients receive the necessary information, especially if there were issues with the initial invitation.
Enabling Two-Factor Authentication
Plexa has now released Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
2FA adds an extra security layer by requiring two forms of identification before account access, enhancing protection beyond passwords. It is crucial for securing sensitive information on Plexa.
Categorise Defects
This new feature is the process of identifying and classifying defects within in Plexa. This helps in tracking and addressing quality issues effectively and efficiently. By categorising defects, organisations can prioritise which issues to address first, ensuring better quality control and improved product performance.
Procurement Digital Contracts
After awarding a tender, you can now instantly digitise and issue contracts linked to scopes, ensuring faster agreements and full traceability in one system.
SWMS Expiry Date Added
The SWMS Expiry Date feature is now live.
Plexa will proactively send out an email reminder 7 days prior to the expiry date of your SWMS, ensuring you have ample time to renew or make necessary updates.
To ensure that the expiry is not overlooked, Plexa will continue to issue daily reminder emails after the initial notice, right up until the SWMS expiration date is reached. This systematic reminder system is aimed at helping you stay organized and compliant with necessary safety protocols.
