Logging & Recording Defects → Quickly capture defects on-site with descriptions, photos, and location details. Each record is timestamped and automatically linked to the relevant project and trade package for easy tracking
Assigning Responsibility → Allocate defects to subcontractors or internal team members. Set due dates and include notes or supporting documents to ensure clear communication and prompt resolution
Tracking & Updating Status → Monitor the progress of each defect from “Open” to “Resolved.” Use filters to view outstanding, in-progress, or overdue defects — keeping the project team and client informed at all times
