Step By Step Guide

  1. Click "Defects" on the Plexa Dashboard

  2. Click "Create Defect"

  3. Click the "Client Defect Type" field

  4. Enter the "Title"

  5. Use "Drag & Drop" Option to add attachments

  6. Enter the "Description" field

  7. "Assign" to a User from the dropdown

  8. Enter the "Date" in the date field

  9. Click "Create"
