Ensure you never miss a defect due date by setting up custom email reminders. Follow this guide to streamline your workflow and enhance project management efficiency.

Step By Step Guide

  1. Click "Defects" on the Plexa Dashboard

  2. Click the 'Settings' icon.

  3. Click the toggle "Send Reminder of non-closed Defects to Assignee"

  4. Enter the "Days Number Before Due Date" field.

  5. Click "SAVE"
