Add New User in the Directory

Add Staff, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers to the Directory.

This Step by Step Guide runs you through the process of adding Staff, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers to the Directory.

Adding users ensures that the right people are linked to the right organisations, projects, and workflows. By keeping your Directory up to date, you make it easier to assign tasks, send communications, and manage compliance across the platform.

Step By Step Guide

  1. Click "Directory" on the Plexa Dashboard

  2. Click on the blue "Global Directory" button

  3. Click "Search Orgs or Users"

  4. Click on "Organisation" you wish to add user to

  5. Add New User Credentials

  • Click "Add User"

  • Enter Name in the "First Name and Last Name" field

  • Edit the "Company Name" field

  • Enter the "Position" field

  • Enter the User Email address in the "Email" field and Phone Number in the "Phone" field

  • Enter the City in the "City" field

  • Select the Country in the "Country" Dropdown

  • Click "Default Project Role"

  • Click "Add New" for Skills & Accreditations

  • Select the "Skill Type" from the Dropdown

  • Enter the "Description" and "Notes"

  • Click "Browse or Drag and Drop" to attach files

  1. After entering your new details, click "Save"

User Password: The user will recieve an email with a Create Password link immediately upon creating this user
