Adding users ensures that the right people are linked to the right organisations, projects, and workflows. By keeping your Directory up to date, you make it easier to assign tasks, send communications, and manage compliance across the platform.
Step By Step Guide
Click "Directory" on the Plexa Dashboard
Click on the blue "Global Directory" button
Click "Search Orgs or Users"
Click on "Organisation" you wish to add user to
Add New User Credentials
Click "Add User"
Enter Name in the "First Name and Last Name" field
Edit the "Company Name" field
Enter the "Position" field
Enter the User Email address in the "Email" field and Phone Number in the "Phone" field
Enter the City in the "City" field
Select the Country in the "Country" Dropdown
Click "Default Project Role"
Click "Add New" for Skills & Accreditations
Select the "Skill Type" from the Dropdown
Enter the "Description" and "Notes"
Click "Browse or Drag and Drop" to attach files
After entering your new details, click "Save"
