Adding a New Org to the Global Directory

A straightforward process for adding a new organisation to your directory, ensuring you can efficiently manage and invite relevant entities to your projects.

Add companies (clients, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants) so they’re available across projects, tenders, workflows, and finance integrations.

Step By Step Guide

1. Click "Directory" on the Plexa Dashboard

2. Click "Global Directory"

3. Click the "Search Orgs or Users" field (This searches Plexa wide)

4. Click "Add New Org" (If not found in the search)

5. Add Organisation detail

• Click the "Organisation Name" field

• Click the "Company Email" field

• Click the "First Name" field

• Click the "Last Name" field

• Click the "Position" field

• Click "Annual Turnover" and choose from the dropdown

• Click "Employee Headcount" and choose from the dropdown

1. Click "INVITE ORG TO PROJECT"
