1. Navigate to https://www.plexapro.com/arrow-up-right in your web browser
2. Click "Forgot your password?"
3. Enter your registered Plexa Email Address
4. Click "Reset Password"
5. Click "Sign in" access your account with new password
Avoid reusing pervious passwords or simple patterns
The reset link expires in 60 minutes
