Edit Role Permissions
Modify access levels for roles to ensure each team member has the correct permissions. Over time, your team’s responsibilities may change and so should their permissions.
Step By Step Guide

Click "Settings" on the Plexa Dashboard

Click "Roles & Permissions"
3
Click "Edit Permissions" under the relevant role
4
Edit as required by selecting/deselecting necessary "Checkboxes"
5
Click "SAVE"
Notes & Recommendations
Restrict financial access to Admin or Finance level roles only
Permissions take effect immediately after saving
