Set up Auto-Sign Out for a Project

The Auto Sign-Out feature in Plexa ensures users are automatically signed out of a project at a set time each day. This keeps site attendance logs accurate, improves safety compliance, and avoids forgotten sign-outs.

Step By Step Guide

1. Click "Settings" on the Plexa Dashboard

2. Click "Geofencing & Auto-Sign Out"

3. Select the Project and Click the "Auto Sign out Button"

4. Click the Checkbox "Auto-Sign Out in X hours"

5. Click the "Enter Auto-Sign Out Hours" field.

6. Click the Checkbox "Auto-Sign Out at this Time Daily" field.

7. Click "Pick Time" and Enter the time required for each day

8. Click "Timezone" and select from dropdown menu.

9. Click "SAVE"
