Add a New Organisation

This guide provides a straightforward process for adding a new organization to the Plexa platform, ensuring users can efficiently expand their network. By following the outlined steps, users can easily input essential organization details and invite them to projects, enhancing collaboration opportunities.

Step by Step Guide: (Admin Only)

1. Click "Directory" on the Plexa Dashboard

2. Click "GLOBAL DIRECTORY"

3. Click the "Search Orgs or Users..." field. (This searches Plexa wide)

4. Or Click "Add New Org". If not found in the search

5. Add ALL details for the New Organisation including Name, ABN, Contact and email

6. Click "INVITE ORG TO PROJECT"

Notes & Recommendations

  • Your new organisation name will immediately update across your Plexa workspace

  • Ensure your logo is a square format to prevent stretching

  • If your logo has a transparent background, use PNG for the cleanest result
