Review, Modify and Approve Invoice

This guide simplifies reviewing, modifying, and approving invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial transactions. Follow these steps to manage invoice modifications efficiently and streamline the approval process, maintaining financial integrity and saving review time.

Step By Step Guide

1. Click "Finance" on the Plexa Dashboard

2. Click the "Project Costs" Icon

3. Click "Review"

4. Click "Start Workflow" if required

5. Click "Invoice Details" to change any details

6. Click "Reason for Modification" to input reason of claim modification

7. Click "Claim modification" to input new approved value. This can only be filled after Reason has been filled

8. Click "Issue Back for Review"

9. Click "Modify invoice"

10. Click "Approve" to proceed to the next stage in workflow
