How to Create a Subcontractor Variation

Step By Step Guide

1. Click "Finance" on the Plexa Dashboard

2. Click "SC Variations" in the Finance Menu

3. Create New Variation

  • Click "Create New Variation"

  • Enter the "Variation Description *" field.

  • Select the Subcontractor in the "Created By" dropdown

  • Click and Select "Subcontract" being varied from the dropdown

  • Click and select "Assigned CA" from the dropdown

  • Enter details in the "Scope of Works" field

  • Click the relevant toggle eg "Effect on Key Milestone Dates" etc

4. Use the "Drag & Drop or Browse" option to upload documents

5. Add Item

  • Click "Add Item"

  • Click the "Description" field and enter details

  • Enter the Quantity in the "QTY" field

  • Enter the unit in the "Unit" field

  • Enter the "Rate" field

  • Select "Cost Code" from the dropdown

  • Click "Add Item" to add more Items (if required)

7. Click "SAVE"
