Step By Step Guide
1. Click "Finance" on the Plexa Dashboard
2. Click "SC Variations" in the Finance Menu
3. Create New Variation
Click "Create New Variation"
Enter the "Variation Description *" field.
Select the Subcontractor in the "Created By" dropdown
Click and Select "Subcontract" being varied from the dropdown
Click and select "Assigned CA" from the dropdown
Enter details in the "Scope of Works" field
Click the relevant toggle eg "Effect on Key Milestone Dates" etc
4. Use the "Drag & Drop or Browse" option to upload documents
5. Add Item
Click "Add Item"
Click the "Description" field and enter details
Enter the Quantity in the "QTY" field
Enter the unit in the "Unit" field
Enter the "Rate" field
Select "Cost Code" from the dropdown
Click "Add Item" to add more Items (if required)
7. Click "SAVE"
