Create a New Invoice on the Subcontractors behalf via RCTI

Guide for creating invoices via RCTI for subcontractors. Follow the steps to ensure all documents and approvals are in order, streamlining transactions and maintaining compliance with contractual, licensing, and insurance requirements.

Step By Step Guide

1. Click "Finance" on the Plexa Dashboard

2. Click "RCTI" Icon

3. Click + "Create New Invoice"

4. Select the "Type" of Invoice required

5. Click "Addressed to" and select CA

6. Click "Created By" and select Subcontractor

7. Click "Trade Description" and select Trade

8. Click "Next"

9. Use "Drag & Drop or Browse" and attach your Invoice and Insurances

11. Click the Checkbox "I hereby affirm that all my licenses and insurances are current and compliant..."

12. Click "Next"

13. Click "Current claim" field and input approved amount

14. Click "Send" to send to subcontractor
