This guide offers a streamlined process for creating supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Follow these steps to navigate the finance module, select purchase orders, and input necessary details efficiently. Step By Step Guide

  1. Click on "Finance" in the Plexa Dashboard

  2. Click "RCTI"

  3. Click "Create Supplier Invoice"

  4. Click "Addressed to" dropdown and select assigned CA

  5. Click the "Created By" Field and select Supplier

  6. Complete the "Invoice Number *" field

  7. Click the "PO Number" Field to choose PO from Finance Module

  8. Click "Choose PO Number"

  9. Click "Next"

  10. Click the Checkbox "I hereby affirm that all my licenses and insurances are current and compliant with the stipulated requirements, and I am submitting this claim in accordance with the contractual obligations" field.

  11. Click "Next"

  12. Click "Add Item"

  13. Complete the "Description" field

  14. Click "Search" Icon to search for cost code in budget sheet

  15. Click the relevant "Cost Code"

  16. Click "Select"

  17. Enter the "Amount" field.

  18. Click "Send"
