Step By Step Guide

  1. Click "Settings" on the Plexa Dashboard

  2. Within the settings, select "AI Features" from the sidebar menu

  3. Enable AI Extract by moving the "Toggle" the switch next to 'AI Extract'

  4. Click ‘Upload Files’ to add documents.

  5. Use folders and tags to categorise your documents efficiently.

  6. After uploading, review AI-generated suggestions on each document.

  7. Manually adjust or update suggestions to ensure accuracy.
