  2. Click "Document Control Register"

  3. Click the "Project Manager" field

  4. Click the "Site Manager" field

  5. Click the "Last Approved CC Stage" field

  6. Click the "Last Approved CC Number" field

  7. Click "SAVE"

  8. Click "Print"
