Navigate to a Documents Audit History

Audit document history with this guide to track changes, view revisions, and manage files. Ensure document integrity and maintain clear modification records for compliance and collaboration. Revert to previous versions or identify change authors efficiently.

Step By Step Guide

  1. Click "Documents" on the Plexa Dashboard

  2. Start by opening the document you want to audit by pressing the Documents "Ellipsis"

  3. Click "Edit" from the dropdown menu

  4. View the "File Supersede History" where you can download and preview previous revisions.

  5. View the "File Details History" to see when the details of a file were changed and by whom.

(You can manually supersede a document from this section via drag and drop)

  1. Manually change the "Revision number" when you upload a new version.

  2. Click "SAVE" to save changes
