Compare Versions of a Document

This guide explains how to easily compare document versions to spot changes. Follow the steps to analyze revisions side by side, improving your editing process. This tool is essential for accurate document management.

Step By Step Guide

1. Click "Documents" on the Plexa Dashboard

2. Select the Document then click the "ellipsis" icon

3. Compare Documents by Clicking "Compare Versions"

4. Select the Revision of the file you want on the left hand side, then select the revision you want on the right hand side.

5. The 2 document revisions will now show side by side.
