Upload your PDF Files
Upload your PDF files to the Plexa Dashboard by following these steps. Improve document management, collaboration, and organization for your team.
1. Click "Drawings" on the Plexa Dashboard
2. Click "UPLOAD COMBINED"
3. Use the "Drag & Drop or Browse" to add attachments the Click "Close" once uploaded
4. Or Click "UPLOAD PDF FILES"
5. Click "Save"
6. Enter the "Project Code" from the Dropdown.
7. Enter the "Org Code"
8. Click "Apply"
9. Select the "Discipline"
10. Select the "Document Type"
11. Select a "Status" from the Status Dropdown
12. Enter the "Revision Number" field.
13. Enter the "Creator Name" field.
14. Enter the "Document name" field.
15. Enter the "Document number" field.
16. Click the blue Refresh icon to save correction
17. Click "SAVE"
