Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Click "Documents" on the Plexa Dashboard

  2. Select Files by Clickling "MATRIX"

  3. Click the folder you wish to transmit files from

  4. To select individual files "click the checkbox" on the left for the documents you want to transmit..

  5. Choose Recipient's by either Select the "Organisation" you want to transmit to. OR Select specific "Users" you want to transmit to

  6. Click "TRANSMIT DOCUMENTS"

  7. Click "SEND EMAIL" to complete the process
