Project Induction Setup
Streamline project inductions by activating approval processes, selecting notification recipients, and uploading key documents. This enhances safety compliance and communication, creating an efficient induction experience.
Step By Step Guide
Click "Site Management" on the Plexa Dashboard
Click "Safety Management" on the Site Menu
Click on "Personnel", then click on the Settings Icon
Tip: To enable Personnel Induction approvals, switch on the Induction Approval feature by clicking the blue toggle
Choose a "team member" to receive notifications when new personnel join your project.
Upload any induction presentation or project-specific documents for personnel to review during their site induction using "Drag & Drop or Browse" Option
Select "forms" for personnel to complete during induction. Forms uploaded in the Forms Module within Site Management will appear here.
Print the "Site Induction & Visitor Registration" QR Code Posters and
post to the Site Shed.
Print the "Sign Into Site" QR Code Posters and post to the Site Shed.
Click "Save"
