Edit Onsite Contractors Profile

This guide provides a straightforward process for updating onsite contractor contact information within the Plexa Dashboard. It simplifies the editing of contractor details, including insurances and licenses, ensuring that all necessary information is current and accurate. Step By Step Guide

1. Click "Site Management" on the Plexa Dashboard

2. Click "Safety Management" in the Site Menu

3. Click "ONSITE CONTRACTORS"

4. Select the "Onsite Contractor " you wish to edit

5. Click "Edit" to make changes

6. Enter any changes in the necessary fields

7. Click "Add/Edit" to edit Insurances & Licenses

8. Click "Edit" to Complete a Digital Form on behalf of the Onsite Contractor here

9. To see which Personnel belong to the Onsite Contractor scroll through the Personnel List
