Respond to an Observation

For Plexa Users (Subcontractors) who wish to respond to Observation listings

This guide provides a straightforward, step-by-step process for responding to observations in a site management system. It simplifies navigation through various sections, ensuring users can efficiently address safety concerns, specifically fall hazards. By following these instructions, users can enhance site safety management and ensure compliance with necessary protocols.

Step By Step Guide

1. Navigate to "Site Management" on the Plexa Dashboard

2. Click "Safety Management" in the Site Menu

3. Select the "observation listing" you wish to respond to

4. Select the "observation" from the list

5. Select The "Pencil" Icon top right to edit

6. Provide a description and photo evidence of the corrective action taken

7. Attach documentation via the "Drag and Drop Option"

8. Select "Save"

Notes/Recommendations

As a subcontractor, you can only respond to an observation as ‘Fixed’ if you provide photo evidence
