Create A Quality Plan (ITP or ITC) Template

Create a custom Quality Plan template in the Plexa Dashboard to streamline quality control in projects. Customize with trade, priority, location, and activities for better organization and compliance with quality standards. Enhance project management skills effectively.

1. Click "Site Management" on the Plexa Dashboard

2. Click "Quality Management" Icon

3. Click the "+" Create Quality Plan Icon

4. Click "Create a Template"

5. Enter the ITP Name

6. Click "Trade" to add a Trade to the Quality Plan

7. Select A "Priority" for the Quality Plan

8. Click "Location" to select a Location

9. Click "Description" to add a Quality Plan description.

10. Enter the "Due Date"

11. Click "Workflow" to add an ITP Manager, Delegate, Contractor or Assign A User to Undertake the Final Review.

12. Select "+ Click to add more activity" button

13. Enter an Activity and click the "+" icon to add more activities. To create a heading click the ellipsis icon the left and Select "Mark As Heading"

14. Click "SAVE"
