Step By Step Guide
1. Click "Site Management" on the Plexa Dashboard
2. Click "Safety Management" in the Site Menu
3. Click the "SDS" Button in the Top Menu
4. Click the "Create SDS" Icon
5. Click the "Organisation" from the dropdown
6. Enter the "Product Manufacturer*" field.
7. Enter the "Product Name & Model*" field.
8. Enter the "Date to Site" and the "Date Till on Site"
9. Enter the "Location" and "Expiry Date" from the Dropdown
10. Click "Next"
11. Use the "+ Drag & Drop or Browse" option to add Safety Data Sheets as attachments
12. Use the "+ Drag & Drop or Browse" option to add Risk Assessments
13. Click "+ Drag & Drop or Browse" to add Treatment Documents
14. Click "Add Form Submission"
15. Select & Fill in "FormEdit" Form
16. Click "Save"
17. Click "Next"
18. Click "Assign Personnel" icon.
19. Click "Finish"
