Creating New Plant & Equipment

Efficiently create plant or equipment entries in the Plexa Dashboard with this guide. Simplify site management by following step-by-step instructions for essential fields and actions. Enhance operations, record-keeping, and safety compliance.

Step By Step Guide

  1. Click "Site Management" on the Plexa Dashboard

  2. Click "Equipment" on the top Menu

  3. Click the '+' icon to Create new Plant or Equipment for site

  4. Click the "Create New" button and select "Next"

  5. Select the "Plant/Equipment" Category from the dropdown

  6. Enter "Plant/Equipment Type*" and "Plant/Equipment Organisation*"

  7. Enter "Date Floated To Site"

  8. Enter the "Make" and "Model*"

  9. Enter "Registration / Plant Number*" and "Serial Number*"

  10. Select "Date Last Service*" and "Date Next Service*"

  11. Use the "Drag & Drop or Browse" option to Upload Plant Risk Assessments

  12. Click the "Yes" field to agree.

  13. Click "+ Icon" to Add Personnel and select the relevant checkboxes

  14. Click "Save Personnel" and then "Next"

  15. Click "+ Icon" to Add SWMS & Permits

  16. Use the "Drag & Drop or Browse" option to add images of plant/equipment

  17. Click "Add form submissions"

  18. Click "Finish"
