Create a SWMS Review Checklist

Create a Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) review checklist to ensure compliance and safety in project management. The guide improves workflows, communication, and accountability among builders, contractors, and subcontractors, streamlining safety management practices.

Step By Step Guide

1. Click "Site Management" on the Plexa Dashboard

2. Click "Safety Management" in the Site Menu

3. Click "SWMS" in the top menu

4. Click "Manage WorkFlow" Icon

5. Click "Create New Workflow"

6. Enter the workflow "Name*" field.

7. Click the "Viewable by Builder/General Contractor" field. (If Applicable)

8. Click the "Viewable by Subcontractor" field. (If Applicable)

9. Click "SAVE"

10. Select "Workflow" you just created

11. Click the "+" Icon to add Checklists items

12. Enter "Items"

13. Click "Save"
