Create Permit Forms

Step By Step Guide

1. Navigate "Site Management" on Plexa Dashboard

2. Click "Safety Management"

3. Click "Permits" Icon

4. Click the "+Create Permit" Icon

5. Select "Type" from the dropdown.

6. Or Create New Type by Clicking the "+New Permit Type" Icon

7. Click "SAVE" to proceed to Section 1

8. Select the "Organisation" from the dropdown

9. Click "Next" to proceed to section 2

10. Select the "Location" from the dropdown

11. Click the "Description*" field

12. Click the "Start Date & Time" field

13. Click the "End Date & Time" field

14. Click the "Notes" field

15. Click "Add Form Submissions" Option

16. Click "Next" to Proceed to Section 3

17. Click "Assign Personnel"

18. Click the Search Option to "Search personnel..."

19. Click "Save Personnel"

20. Click "Next" to proceed to Section 4

21. Click "Add Equipment"

22. Select required "Equipment"

23. Click "SAVE EQUIPMENT"

24. Click "Assign SWMS"

25. Select the necessary "SWMS"

26. Click "SAVE SWMS"

27. Click "Finish"
