Create an Injury Workflow

This guide provides a straightforward process for creating an injury workflow within the Plexa Dashboard, ensuring that safety management is streamlined and efficient. By following these steps, users can customize workflows to effectively manage injuries, enhancing workplace safety protocols.

Step By Step Guide

1. Click "Site Management" on the Plexa Dashboard

2. Click "Safety Management" in the Site Menu

3. Click "INJURIES"

4. Click "Manage Workflow" icon

5. Click "Create New Workflow"

6. Enter the "Workflow" Name

7. Click the "Close" button

8. Click "Injuries Workflow" and select the Workflow required

9. Click "+ icon" to add a step to the workflow

10. Add the Workflow Step details and repeat as required

11. Click "SAVE"
