Create a Photo Entry in Site Management

Create a photo entry in site management easily by adding titles, descriptions, and tags. This enhances photo accessibility and organisation, streamlining site documentation for efficient image management. An essential resource for improving site visuals tracking.

The Site Photos Tool allows teams to:

  • Capture and tag progress, quality, and safety photos directly from the field

  • Attach images to defects, inspections, or diary entries

  • Store and filter by date, location, or trade package

  • All photos are archived against the project for transparent reporting and handover documentation.

Step By Step Guide

  1. Click "Site Management" on the Plexa Dashboard

  2. Click "Site Photos"

  3. Add Photos by Clicking "CREATE PHOTO ENTRY"

  4. Upload an Image(s) with the Drag & Drop or Browse" option

  5. Enter Photo Details

  • Complete the "Title" field

  • Click the Location dropdown to allocate a location to the photo

  • Click the "Description" field to enter a description for the photo

  • Click the "Assign to" dropdown to assign a photo to another user

  • Click '+' Albums to allocate this image(s) to an Album

  • Click the '+' to tag an Equipment to this Image(s)

  • Click the '+' to tag an Permit to this Image(s)

  • Click the '+' to tag an SDS to this Image(s)

  • Click the '+' to tag a SWMS to this Image(s)

  1. Click "SAVE"
