Send Personnel an SMS to Sign SWMS

Step By Step Guide

1. Click "Site Management" on the Plexa Dashboard

2. Click "Safety Management" in the Site Menu

3. Click "SWMS"

4. Select the "SWMS" you wish to open

5. Scroll down to "Personnel Induction History"

6. Select the "checkbox" of the Personnel you wish to send an SMS link.

7. Click "SMS LINK TO SIGN"
