Importing Equipment Data from Previous Project/Organisation

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Click "Site Management" on the Plexa Dashboard

2. Click "Safety Management" in Site Menu

3. Click "Equipment" top right

4. Click the '+' icon to Create Plant & Equipment for Site

5. Click "Create New" button to Create New Plant or Equipment

6. OR... Click the "Import from Previous Project/Org" button

7. Click "Next"

8. Select the "Organisation" from the dropdown

9. Select the "Project" from the dropdown

10. Enter "Make" and "Model"

  1. Enter the "Registration/Plant Number" details

13. Enter the "Serial Number" field

14. Click "Search"

15. Select the "Equipment" required from the Search results

16. Select "Finish"
