Step By Step Guide

1. Click "Site Management" on the Plexa Dashboard

2. Click "Quality Management" Icon

3. Click "ITPs" or "ITC's" toggle

4. Click "+ITP"

5. Click "Create New ITP from Template"

6. Select the "Template" you wish to use

7. Click "Create"

8. Edit relevant details on the ITP

9. Select the "Status"

10. Enter the "Description field"

11. Enter the "Due Date"

12. Click "Add Form Submission"

13. Click "Save"
