Adding New Meeting Types in Site Management

Step By Step Guide

  1. Navigate to "Site Management" on the Plexa Dashboard

  2. Select "Meetings & Inspections"

  3. Click the "Settings" icon

  4. Select the + button to add a new meeting type

  5. Choose a Meeting Type from the list

  6. Add New Fields by Click the " + " button to add new fields to the selected meeting

  7. Choose the desired "Custom Field Types" to include in the meeting eg Header, Dropdown

  8. Click "Add" to confirm your selections

  9. Repeat as needed, then click "Save Changes"
