Step By Step Guide

1. Navigate to "Site Management" on the Plexa Dashboard

2. Click "Safety Management"

3. Click "Permits"

4. Click "Settings"

5. Click the + Icon to add a new Permit Type

6. Select a "Permit Type"

7. Click "Add New Fields"

8. Select a "Custom" Field to create your Custom Permit Form..

9. Input the details, click Add and repeat as required.

10. Click "Close"

11. Click "SAVE CHANGES"
