Create New Personnel for an Onsite Contractor

This guide provides a straightforward process for creating new personnel for onsite contractors, ensuring efficient management and integration into your system. By following these steps, users can quickly add new team members or incorporate existing personnel, streamlining the onboarding process.

Step By Step Guide

  1. Click "Site Management" on the Plexa Dashboard

  2. Click "Safety Management " in the Site Menu

  3. Click "PERSONNEL"

  4. Click the "+ " Icon

  5. Select "Create New Personnel"

  6. Select the "Create new" Option

  7. OR Click "Add Existing Personnel from Onsite Contractor" if the Personnel exists on Plexa under the Onsite Contractor

  8. Click "NEXT"

  9. Select "Existing Personnel from Onsite Contractor" to add them to this Project

  10. Find the Personnel and select the Checkbox

  11. Click "Finish"

This Personnel will now appear under Personnel Module in Site Management ready for Induction
