Add an Organisation to Site Management

Guide to add an organisation in Site Management for efficient contractor oversight.

Follow steps to streamline operations and ensure compliance.

1. Click "Site Management" on the Plexa Dashboard

2. Click "Onsite Contractors"

3. Click the "+" button to create Organisation

4. Search for the "Organisation Name" in the Global Directory Click "Add"

5. Enter Contractors "Details"

6. Click "NEXT"

7. Add the Onsite Contractors Insurances (if you have them, if not you can add it later or the Onsite Contractor can add them in)

8. Click "FINISH"
